Prohibits local governments (counties, cities, townships, villages) from decriminalizing public indecency, defined as public urination, public defecation, or littering.

Defines "decriminalize" as repealing a local ordinance or charter provision or reducing penalties for violating a public indecency law from criminal to civil.

Requires local governments that decriminalized public indecency after January 1, 2022 to reenact the public indecency ordinance to its January 1, 2022 status within 60 days of the act's effective date.

Applies to any local government with existing criminal penalties for public indecency laws as of the bill's enactment.
