Replaces the Medicare-based payment structure (200-250% of Medicare rates) with a new system based on worker's compensation fee schedules under MCL 418.315, effective upon the bill's enactment.

Eliminates the previous tiered payment system that had different percentages for different provider types (general providers at 200%, high-indigent-volume providers at 230%, trauma centers at 240%).

Removes the scheduled reductions in Medicare percentages that were set to decrease from 200% to 190% by July 2, 2023, and instead applies a single uniform standard based on worker's compensation schedules.

Eliminates the accreditation requirement for neurological rehabilitation clinics as of the bill's effective date.

Repeals prior subsections (2) through (14) that governed payment limitations for physicians, hospitals, clinics, and other treatment providers under the no-fault auto insurance system.
