Authorizes the Department of Natural Resources to convey two parcels of state-owned property (Brandenburg Park) in Chesterfield Township, Macomb County to the Charter Township of Chesterfield for $1.00.

Property conveyance is contingent on state administrative board approval and requires the land be used exclusively for public use, with uniform fees and terms applied to all members of the public.

Public use restriction must be included in the deed and the state may repossess the property if the restriction is violated.

State reserves all aboriginal antiquities on the property and retains rights to 1/2 of gross revenue if the grantee develops any oil, gas, or minerals found on the property.

If property was previously used as a historical monument, memorial, burial ground, park, or wildlife habitat, the grantee must maintain and protect it for that purpose in perpetuity.
