Changes language from "or" to "an officer of" to clarify that peace officers include officers from county, township, city, or village law enforcement agencies responsible for preventing crime and enforcing criminal laws

Updates the definition of "Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility" (PRTF) to reference 42 CFR 441.184 instead of 441.182 in federal regulations governing inpatient psychiatric services for individuals under age 21

Makes minor technical corrections to language in the definition of "responsible mental health agency" by changing "the delivery of" to "delivering"
