Creates the "Care for Retired Police Dogs Program Act" administered by the Michigan Department of State Police to award grants to eligible nonprofit organizations for veterinary care of retired police dogs.

Eligible nonprofit organizations must be 501(c)(3) tax-exempt for at least 5 years, dedicated to protecting or caring for retired police dogs, and subject to audits by the auditor general.

Reimburses former handlers or adopters of retired police dogs for veterinary care upon receipt of documentation proving the dog served 5+ years in law enforcement or correctional work, or 3+ years if injured in the line of duty.

Limits annual reimbursements to $1,500 per dog and prohibits carrying over unused funds to future years; no reimbursements available if program funds are depleted in the requested year.

Veterinary care covered includes wellness examinations, vaccinations, parasite prevention, illness and disease treatment, emergency surgeries, specialty care, euthanasia, and cremation.
