Adds "military status" as a protected class under the Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act, prohibiting housing discrimination based on active duty military service or honorable/general administrative discharge status.

Expands Section 502 to prevent real estate agents, brokers, and persons engaged in real estate transactions from discriminating against individuals based on their military status in sales, rentals, and related services.

Defines "military status" as being an active duty member of the Armed Forces of the United States or a veteran with an honorable or general administrative discharge.

Applies military status protections to multiple listing services, real estate brokers' organizations, and other facilities relating to the business of selling or renting real property.

Makes conforming changes to statutory language and updates references from "which" to "that" throughout Section 502.
