Maintains examination fees for instructor certifications at $75.00 for complete exams, $35.00 for written portion only, and $45.00 for practical portion only.

Keeps annual license fees at $15.00 or $30.00 for student instructors and $25.00 or $40.00 for barber instructors, depending on payment date.

Preserves fees for barbershops ($30.00-$40.00 annually), barber colleges ($150.00 annually), demonstrator permits ($10.00-$15.00), and demonstration permits ($10.00-$15.00).
