Permits manufacture and sale of raw milk and raw dairy products directly to final consumers or retail food establishments in Michigan, subject to compliance with specified standards.

Requires raw milk and raw dairy products to bear a warning label in at least 12-point boldfaced type stating that unpasteurized products may contain disease-causing microorganisms and identifying high-risk populations.

Establishes bacterial, temperature, and disease testing standards for raw milk intended for direct consumption and for raw dairy products, including limits of 15,000 bacteria per ml, 600,000 somatic cells per ml, and 10 coliforms per ml, with temperature maintenance at 45°F (7°C) or less.

Requires animals producing raw milk for human consumption to be tested at least once every 12 months for brucellosis and tuberculosis with no positive results permitted.

Modifies section 136 to allow raw milk sales as an exception to the existing requirement that only pasteurized milk and dairy products be sold to final consumers and retail food establishments.
