Amends Section 68 of the Grade A Milk Law of 2001 to allow unpasteurized milk and milk products to be sold to final consumers and food service establishments under certain conditions.

Adds exception allowing unpasteurized milk sales if the product complies with Section 70a of the Manufacturing Milk Law of 2001 (MCL 288.630a).

Maintains existing requirement that pasteurized milk and milk products remain the default standard for sale to consumers, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Clarifies technical language by replacing "shall" with "must" throughout the statute and expanding "U.S. food and drug administration" to "United States Food and Drug Administration."

Bill's effectiveness is conditioned on passage of Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. ____ (request no. 06419'22) in the 101st Legislature.
