Prohibits limited services pregnancy centers from publishing deceptive statements or omissions regarding pregnancy-related services they know or reasonably should know are deceptive.

Defines a limited services pregnancy center as a facility with the primary purpose of serving pregnant individuals that either offers ultrasounds, pregnancy testing, prenatal care, or displays medical indicators such as medical attire, examination tables, medical supplies, or co-location with licensed healthcare providers.

Authorizes the Attorney General to bring injunction actions against limited services pregnancy centers violating the deceptive statement prohibition, requiring at least 10 days' notice before filing suit.

Allows courts to enjoin violations, require correction of deceptive statements, and award the Attorney General costs and attorney fees upon finding a violation.

Prohibits court orders or judgments if the limited services pregnancy center ceases violating the law after receiving notice from the Attorney General.
