Removes the phrase "such as" and replaces it with "such" in the definition of gasification facility feedstocks to clarify the list of eligible materials.

Removes language requiring net metering and distributed generation charges under section 6a of 1939 PA 3 to not be recovered more than once, eliminating the prohibition on duplicate cost recovery.

Removes reference to section 177(5) as an exception to modified net metering provisions.

Bill takes effect only if Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 6538 (request no. 02336'21) of the 101st Legislature is also enacted into law.
