Legislative Description
Environmental protection: hazardous products; sale and distribution of polystyrene food packaging, packing materials, and certain other products; prohibit, and provide penalties. Amends heading of pt. 163 & secs 16301 & 16303 of 1994 PA 451 (MCL 324.16301 & 324.16303) & adds secs. 16304, 16305, 16306, 16307 & 16308.
