Claims the WHO mismanaged the COVID-19 pandemic by recommending lockdowns, mandates, and vaccine passports that did not stop virus spread.

Expresses concerns that proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations would allow the WHO to declare health emergencies without consent from member states, potentially threatening U.S. sovereignty.

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to the President, Speaker of the House, Senate President, and Michigan's congressional delegation.
