Urges the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Michigan to investigate 11 Michigan House Representatives for seditious conspiracy related to efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election results.

Names the following representatives as subjects of the requested investigation: Gary Eisen (District 81), John Reilly (District 46), Julie Alexander (District 64), Matt Maddock (District 44), Daire Rendon (District 103), Beth Griffin (District 66), Michele Hoitenga (District 102), Brad Paquette (District 78), Rodney Wakeman (District 94), Greg Markkanen (District 110), and Jack O'Malley (District 101).

Alleges that these representatives attempted to enter the Michigan Capitol on December 14, 2020, with 16 Republican elector candidates to falsely certify Michigan's electoral votes for Donald Trump instead of Joe Biden, and filed a lawsuit attempting to overturn the 2020 election results.

Contends that these actions violated 18 U.S.C. Section 2384 (seditious conspiracy statute) and the representatives' oath of office to support the U.S. Constitution by conspiring to delay execution of federal election certification laws.

Directs that copies of the resolution be transmitted to the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Michigan, and the 11 named representatives.
