Recognizes his 15 years of service on the Monroe County Community College Board of Trustees, including time as board chair, and his membership in various community organizations.

Notes his election to the House in 2016 and leadership roles as chair of the Energy Committee and vice chair of the Regulatory Reform Committee.

Acknowledges his work on legislation regarding economic development, health, and criminal procedure, as well as committee membership in Insurance, Natural Resources, Financial Services, Transportation, and Local Government and Municipal Finance.

Directs that copies of this resolution be transmitted to Representative Bellino as an expression of tribute and gratitude for his contributions to the legislature and state.
