Adds the Michigan State Capitol Building to the list of locations where concealed pistol permit holders cannot carry firearms.

Applies the same restrictions to electro-muscular disruption devices (like Tasers) that already apply to concealed pistols in designated locations.

Exempts law enforcement officers, retired law enforcement, security personnel, private investigators, corrections officers, and court judges/officers from the Capitol Building prohibition.

Establishes penalties for violations: first offense is a civil infraction with up to $500 fine and 6-month license suspension; second offense is a misdemeanor with up to $1,000 fine and license revocation; third or subsequent offense is a felony with up to 4 years imprisonment or $5,000 fine and license revocation.

Takes effect only if Senate Bill No. 34 of the 101st Legislature is enacted into law.
