Allows wine makers, distillers, brandy manufacturers, and small versions of these manufacturers to hold both on-premises and off-premises tasting room licenses at the same location under specific conditions.

Permits small distillers or distillers holding mixed spirit drink manufacturer licenses to sell mixed spirit drinks by the glass and as samples at approved off-premises tasting rooms.

Requires $100 annual fees for both on-premises tasting room permits and off-premises tasting room licenses, with proof of financial responsibility of at least $50,000 for liability.

Limits wine makers, distillers, and brandy manufacturers to no more than 5 off-premises tasting room licenses combined where alcohol can be sold by the glass, but allows unlimited licenses where only samples are provided.

Effective immediately upon governor's approval on June 3, 2021.
