Updates filing deadlines for nominating petitions and declarations of intent from the "twelfth Tuesday before the August primary" to the "fifteenth Tuesday before the June primary."

Modifies city election scheduling provisions to allow cities holding elections on May to move to March regular election dates, and updates references to August primary elections to June primary elections throughout city and township election procedures.

Makes conforming changes to candidate nomination procedures, convention schedules, precinct delegate election dates, and recall election dates to align with the new March and June election schedule dates.
