Changes references to "August primary" to "June primary" throughout the Revised Judicature Act of 1961 for filing deadlines related to judicial appointments and elections.

Updates language in sections governing circuit judgeships, probate judgeships, and district judgeships to change the deadline for county/district resolutions approving new judgeships from the sixteenth Tuesday preceding the August primary to the sixteenth Tuesday before the June primary.

Replaces archaic statutory language including changing "shall" to "must," "pursuant to" to "under," and "which" to "that" for consistency and clarity throughout the affected sections.

Maintains existing requirements that county boards of commissioners and district control units must approve new or additional judgeships before they can be authorized and filled by election.

Contingent on enactment of Senate Bill No. 130 of the 101st Legislature.
