Requires county clerks to conduct election audits as prescribed by the secretary of state, including auditing results of at least 1 race in each randomly selected precinct, and to provide audit results to the secretary of state within 20 days.

Permits county, city, or township clerks to provide live video coverage of ballot custody in tabulation rooms during elections involving statewide, legislative, or county offices, with recordings retained as public records for 40 days.

Requires live video recordings to include date and time indicators and be made available on the county, city, or township website for 40 days, with the secretary of state also authorized to post recordings on the state website.

Specifies that video feed disruptions do not prevent ballot tabulation from continuing and do not create liability for clerks, though clerks must attempt to reinstate coverage promptly.
