Authorizes election inspectors, election challengers, and poll watchers to photograph or videotape vote tabulation at precincts, absent voter counting boards, or other vote tabulation locations.

Prohibits photographing or videotaping of voters entering, leaving, or voting at precincts and prohibits photographing personal identification of electors.

Makes it unlawful for any individual to threaten, intimidate, impede, or prevent election inspectors, election challengers, or poll watchers from photographing or videotaping vote tabulation.

Violations of the photography restrictions or interference with authorized photography constitute a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment of not more than 93 days or a fine of not more than $1,000, or both.
