Requires the Secretary of State to request information from recognized multistate programs at least once annually by March 1 to verify current residence and voter registration status of electors, and process at minimum 95% of affected electors within 60 days using procedures under section 509aa(5).

Mandates the Secretary of State to request information from multistate programs 120 days before each general November election to identify electors who may have cast improper votes at the preceding election, and investigate each possible improper vote within 30 days of receiving that information.

Requires the Secretary of State to submit written reports to House and Senate elections committees within 10 business days after the 60-day deadline, including explanation of compliance status and timeframes for achieving compliance if applicable.

Requires the Secretary of State to post annual reports on the department website by August 1 detailing electors notified of registration issues, breakdown of out-of-state moves, in-state moves, duplicate registrations, deceased electors, correction rates, notification dates, and results of improper vote investigations (without personal identifying information).
