Requires city and township clerks to post notices at their offices indicating early voting dates, times, and polling place locations.

Applies existing election procedures to early voting, including election inspectors, ballot security, voter challenges, poll books, and ballot counting methods.

Creates felony offenses for tampering with early voting ballot containers and for disclosing or characterizing how ballots were voted during the early voting period.
