Prohibits the name or likeness of the secretary of state, county clerks, and city/village/township clerks from appearing in any publicly-funded communications related to election activities.

Defines "election related activity" to include voting, voter registration, absent voter ballots, polling location information, ballot status tracking, and recruiting precinct election inspectors.

Defines "communication" broadly to include mail, billboards, radio/television advertisements, and social media posts or advertisements.

Establishes criminal penalties of up to $100 for a first offense and up to $250 for a second or subsequent offense.

Allows office titles, addresses, telephone numbers, and other contact information to be used as long as they do not include the official's name or likeness.
