Expands rights of election challengers to stand or sit behind the processing table and observe election procedures at a reasonable distance that allows them to clearly read poll books, tabulators, and other election documents.

Defines "good reason to believe" for challenging voter eligibility to include witnessing an elector not in the poll book, an individual claiming another's identity, or invalid identification documents.

Grants challengers the right to obtain vote results after polls close, use electronic devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops) at polling places, and demand written explanation if expelled.

Establishes enforcement mechanism requiring city or township clerks to prohibit individuals who infringe on challenger rights from overseeing election activities for 2 years.

Creates new category of "poll watchers" as non-designated observers with limited rights including observing poll materials without delaying voting, using electronic devices, and remaining during vote canvassing.
