Amends the Seller Disclosure Act to require sellers to disclose whether property is located in an inundation zone and to provide buyers with a map showing the property's location in the inundation zone if applicable.

Updates the mandatory seller's disclosure form to include a new question about flooding and inundation zone status, with options for unknown, yes, or no responses.

Requires sellers who answer yes to the inundation zone question to confirm whether they provided the buyer with a map of the property showing its location in the inundation zone.

Makes minor technical corrections to the disclosure form language, including changing "shall" to "must," "utilize" to "used," and standardizing capitalization and punctuation throughout the form.

Allows seller disclosure forms printed before January 1, 2006 that complied with prior law to continue being used until April 1, 2006.
