Establishes the "Pet Cemetery Regulation Act" to regulate pet cemeteries, crematoriums, and related merchandise and services in Michigan.

Requires pet cemetery owners to dedicate land for cemetery use only, establish endowed care funds with not less than 15% of burial plot sales, and maintain accurate records of all burials and cremations.

Mandates pet cemetery operators disclose disposal options (individual burial, cremation, communal burial, landfill, or rendering) to pet owners in writing and requires pet crematories to obtain proper air quality permits.

Exempts pet cemeteries from property taxes if they have dedicated land and established endowed care funds, and allows courts to remove cemetery dedications under specified circumstances with notice to burial rights owners.

Makes violations of the act a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $2,000 and/or imprisonment for not less than 90 days.
