Increases the number of millionaire party licenses a qualified organization may obtain from 4 to 6 per calendar year for 2021, 2022, and 2023 only.

Removes the 4-day-per-week limit on millionaire party events at a single location from the effective date through December 31, 2023.

Increases the daily revenue limit for millionaire party licensees from $20,000.00 to $30,000.00 from the effective date through December 31, 2023 (or $120,000.00 divided by gaming days for qualifying licensees).
