Establishes the Michigan-Indiana State Line Commission consisting of 5 licensed surveyors, one each from Berrien, Cass, St. Joseph, Branch, and Hillsdale counties, appointed by the governor with senate consent.

Directs the commission to survey and remonument the Michigan-Indiana state line by recovering or reestablishing monuments at mileposts and intermediate control points as originally established in the 1827 federal survey.

Requires the commission to compile records verifying milepost locations, submit them to county peer review groups, and resolve any differences between survey records and recovered evidence regarding milepost locations.

Mandates that upon completion, the commission submit the survey to the legislature with a report explaining any differences with Indiana's similar survey, and file land corner recordation certificates with appropriate county registers of deeds.

Requires the commission to procure surveying services only from persons or entities incorporated in Michigan or with a principal place of business in Michigan; act repeals effective January 1, 2026.
