Amends the Michigan Campaign Finance Act to add a new option for disposition of unexpended candidate committee funds upon committee termination.

Allows unexpended campaign funds to be donated to the contaminated site cleanup contingency reserve fund created in section 1016 of article 4 of 2021 PA 87 or any other state fund established to address cleanup of contaminated sites.

Adds this donation option as subsection (h) to the existing list of permitted uses for unexpended campaign funds, which previously included political party committees, charitable organizations, contributors, caucus committees, independent committees, and ballot question committees.
