Establishes the Michigan Climate Resiliency Corps Program, administered by the Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy, to employ individuals in designing and implementing climate resiliency projects in partnership with local governments, nonprofits, universities, colleges, and tribes.

Requires the department to provide grants covering half of corps members' salaries with participating organizations paying the other half at a minimum of $15.00 per hour, plus monthly training and potential scholarships for undergraduate or graduate education.

Sets a goal that at least 40% of corps members work in environmental protection communities identified as facing disproportionate environmental burdens, with the department prioritizing recruitment from applicants' communities of origin when practicable.

Creates the Climate Resiliency Corps Fund in the state treasury to be used for member salary grants, scholarships, program administration, and data collection and evaluation upon appropriation.

Establishes the Climate Resiliency Corps Advisory Board composed of representatives from environmental justice organizations, tribes, nonprofits, and universities to review policies and monitor program implementation with required meetings at least twice annually.
