• Appropriates $16,754,072,900 from the state school aid fund for public schools and related education purposes for fiscal year 2022-2023, plus $124.2 million from the general fund and up to $212.4 million from other sources.

• Allocates $12,000,000 to an eligible vendor for literacy tutoring services and enrichment programs serving at least 3,000 students across geographically diverse districts during 2022-2023 through 2024-2025 fiscal years, with reporting requirements by September 30, 2025.

• Allocates $200,000 to Square One for STEM robotics programs and competitions for K-12 students in public and nonpublic schools.

• Establishes Michigan Achievement Scholarship program providing grants of $1,750-$2,500 minimum plus last-dollar payments to eligible undergraduate students at public universities, community colleges, tribal colleges, and independent nonprofits, funded by $250 million deposited into new postsecondary scholarship fund.
