Amends MCL 750.116 to modernize the definition of "burglar's tools" to include electronic technology and devices used to access or bypass security features.

Expands the statute to cover tools, devices, or electronic technology designed for cutting, burning, forcing, breaking open, accessing, or bypassing security features of buildings, rooms, vaults, safes, motor vehicles, or other depositories.

Maintains the felony offense and punishment of imprisonment for not more than 10 years for knowingly possessing such tools with intent to use them to steal money or other property.

Modernizes statutory language by replacing outdated phrases with contemporary terminology (e.g., "an individual" instead of "any person," "possesses" instead of "shall have in his possession").

Takes effect 90 days after enactment.
