Prohibits use of photographic traffic signal enforcement systems to enforce traffic signal violations under MCL 257.612 or corresponding local ordinances.

Voids any citations issued based on recorded images from photographic traffic signal enforcement systems in violation of this prohibition.

Defines "photographic traffic signal enforcement system" as a camera and vehicle sensor system installed to work exclusively with a traffic control signal and capable of producing at least 2 recorded images of a vehicle's registration plate.

Defines "recorded image" as a photographic or digital image depicting the front or rear of a motor vehicle.
