Requires authorizing bodies of public school academies to notify all other academies they oversee that also have management agreements with the same educational management organization when one academy receives notice of fiscal stress from the state treasurer.

Adds "educational management organization" and "management agreement" to the defined terms in sections 1219 and 1220 of the Revised School Code.

Changes mandatory language from "shall" to "must" throughout sections 1219 and 1220 for consistency in statutory drafting.

Applies the notification requirement to both fiscal stress declarations under section 1219 and deficit notifications under section 1220, ensuring transparency across related charter schools operating under the same management organization.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment into law.
