Adds contract requirements prohibiting public school academies, urban high school academies, schools of excellence, and strict discipline academies from contracting with educational management organizations that have business affiliations with charter school developers, persons with ownership interests in charter school developers, or relatives of charter school developers.

Requires that educational management organizations cannot do business with charter school developers or their affiliates, and prohibits their employment of individuals who served on the boards of public school academies, urban high school academies, schools of excellence, or strict discipline academies within the preceding 2 years.

Establishes a mandatory 30-day compliance period for schools that violate the new contract provisions, with automatic contract revocation at the end of the current school year if they fail to comply.

Updates terminology throughout by replacing "shall" with "must" and makes technical corrections to references to assessment programs and statutory sections.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment.
