Changes the hourly limitation for attendant care rendered in an injured person's home from the worker's disability compensation act standard to 56 hours per week for care provided by a single individual who is related to, domiciled with, or had a prior relationship with the injured person.

Allows multiple individuals from the specified categories to provide attendant care without aggregate hourly limitations, while maintaining insurer liability for reasonable charges for all necessary services.

Clarifies that neurological rehabilitation clinics must be accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities or similar director-recognized organization to receive payment or reimbursement for treatment or rehabilitative occupational training.

Updates references to reflect current federal law citations, including Medicaid program references (42 USC 1396w-6 instead of 1396w-5).

Makes technical amendments to renumber subsections (11) through (15) to (12) through (16) to accommodate the new subsection (11) governing multiple attendant care providers.
