Exempts school districts, intermediate school districts, and public school academies from conducting teacher performance evaluations for the 2021-2022 school year.

Maintains all existing requirements for teacher evaluation systems in subsequent years, including annual evaluations, student growth measures, classroom observations, and rating categories (highly effective, effective, minimally effective, ineffective).

Clarifies that the 2021-2022 exemption applies only to the performance evaluation requirement and does not affect other provisions of the teacher evaluation law.

Makes minor technical corrections to statutory language, including changing "subsection" to "subsections" and replacing "shall" with "must" in various provisions.
