Allows farm tractors and implements of husbandry to cross the Mackinac Bridge upon payment of tolls if they comply with Michigan vehicle code requirements and can maintain the minimum speed needed to cross the bridge.

Maintains existing toll exemptions for Mackinac Bridge Authority personnel and vehicles on official business, and for authorized emergency vehicles responding to emergencies.

Establishes definitions for "authorized emergency vehicle," "farm tractor," and "implement of husbandry" by reference to the Michigan vehicle code.

Maintains criminal penalty of up to 30 days imprisonment and/or a fine of up to $500 for individuals who violate the toll payment requirement.
