Modifies the procedure for local agricultural and horticultural societies to sell real estate by removing the requirement for annual or special membership meetings to authorize the sale.

Replaces newspaper publication requirements (once weekly for 3 weeks in county or adjoining county newspaper) with a notice-by-mail or email notification method to society members.

Allows societies to sell whole or any part of their real estate if notice of the intention to sell is provided to members through mail or email rather than through public newspaper notices.
