Allows physician private practice offices and urgent care centers to inquire whether all new patients are interested in organ and tissue donor registry information and provide educational materials about anatomical gifts, the donor registry, and how to register upon request.

Permits information and materials to be provided to patients orally, in written form, or electronically.

Defines "anatomical gift" and "organ and tissue donor registry" by reference to existing sections of the Public Health Code.
