Appropriates $45,592,200 from the Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund for capital outlay projects during fiscal year ending September 30, 2022.

Allocates funds for 138 acquisition and development projects across Michigan counties, including land acquisitions, trail development, park improvements, and recreational facility enhancements.

Requires Department of Natural Resources to enter into agreements with local units of government for project administration, including perpetual dedication to public outdoor recreation and mineral royalty provisions for parcels larger than 5 acres.

Redirects $505,600 from previously appropriated but withdrawn projects from 2019-2021 to fund new projects in this appropriation.

Grants carry forward at fiscal year end; full grant payments contingent on proof of project completion and cost verification by Department of Natural Resources.
