Allows farm tractors and implements of husbandry to operate on limited access freeways between the nearest ingress and egress points to the Mackinac Bridge for the sole purpose of crossing the bridge.

Exempts farm equipment crossing the Mackinac Bridge from the prohibition on motorcycles with engines under 125 cubic centimeters, mopeds, farm tractors, and self-propelled farm implements on limited access freeways.

Makes technical amendments replacing "a person" with "an individual" and "shall" with "must" or "is" throughout MCL 257.627 and 257.679a for grammatical consistency.

Creates an exception to the 70 miles per hour speed limit on limited access freeways for implements of husbandry crossing the Mackinac Bridge.
