Prohibits pharmacy benefit managers and carriers from denying network participation to 340B Program entities or pharmacies contracting with them solely based on that status.

Requires pharmacy benefit managers to reimburse 340B Program entities and contracted pharmacies on the same basis as similarly situated pharmacies.

Eliminates the requirement that 340B drug claims include modifiers or indicators identifying them as 340B drugs, except as needed to prevent duplicate rebates.

Prohibits pharmacy benefit managers from excluding or discriminating against pharmacies based on whether the carrier has a vested financial interest in the pharmacy.
