State administrative board may accept real property (approximately three acres known as All Faiths Chapel) in Grand Traverse County from the Women's Resource Center for the Grand Traverse Area for $1.00.

The property was originally conveyed to Grand Traverse Commons Redevelopment Corporation in 1991 and is described as located in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 9, T27N, R11W.

State administrative board shall convey the property to the Women's Resource Center for the Grand Traverse Area for $1.00, removing the public use restriction that was contained in the original 1991 deed.

Other restrictions from the original deed and 1991 PA 88 remain applicable to the property unless specifically removed.

Revenue from the conveyance must be deposited in the state treasury and credited to the general fund.
