Amends the internet gaming fund provisions of the 2019 Lawful Internet Gaming Act to specify fund expenditure priorities and allocations.

Directs the Michigan Gaming Control Board to expend fund money on board regulatory costs and administration/enforcement of millionaire party activity under the bingo act.

Allocates $500,000 annually from the fund to the compulsive gaming prevention fund after covering board operational costs.

Allocates $2,000,000 annually to the first responder presumed coverage fund after the above expenditures.

Directs all remaining fund money after these allocations to be deposited into the state school aid fund.
