Directs all fees and revenue collected under the gambling/bingo act to be paid into the state lottery fund created under 1972 PA 239, MCL 432.41.

Requires the bureau's administrative and enforcement expenses for gambling activities to be financed from the state lottery fund, with total expenses not exceeding charity game ticket sales and collected fees.

Requires the executive director or board's administrative and enforcement expenses for gambling activities (except millionaire parties) to be financed from the state lottery fund.

Requires expenses for millionaire party activity administration and enforcement to be financed from the internet gaming fund created under 2019 PA 152, MCL 432.316.

Directs surplus money in the state lottery fund attributable to gambling act fees and revenue at the end of each fiscal year to be deposited into the state general fund.
