Removes references to "marriage" as an exception to criminal sexual conduct charges involving minors under age 16 in Michigan Penal Code sections 520d, 520e, and 520l.

Modifies Section 13 to eliminate marriage as a defense for taking or enticing away a minor under 16 for purposes of prostitution, concubinage, or sexual intercourse.

Clarifies that teachers, administrators, and school employees cannot claim marriage as a defense when charged with sexual conduct with students aged 16-17 or special education recipients aged 16-25.

Restricts the marital exception in Section 520l to only apply when both spouses are not less than 18 years of age at the time of the alleged violation.

Bill's effectiveness is contingent upon Senate Bill No. 1114 of the 101st Legislature being enacted into law.
