Amends MCL 600.910 to grant each court of appeals judicial district jurisdiction to admit individuals to the state bar, in addition to the supreme court and circuit courts.

Replaces gender-specific language ("persons") with "individuals" throughout the statute.

Modifies MCL 600.913 to restructure bar admission procedures into four distinct clerk duties: administering the oath, issuing certificates upon $25 payment, maintaining admission records, and transmitting certified copies to the supreme court clerk and State Bar of Michigan.

Changes conditional language from "when" to "if" in provisions regarding suspension, disbarment, contempt, and reinstatement of bar members.
