Allows employees and agents of agencies authorized under the Administration of Opioid Antagonists Act (2019 PA 39) to possess, administer, and distribute opioid antagonists, subject to that act's requirements.

Expands the definition of entities that can receive opioid antagonist prescriptions to include agencies operating under 2019 PA 39, MCL 15.671 to 15.677.

Clarifies that when dispensing opioid antagonists to agencies or non-patient entities, the agency or entity name must be listed as the patient name on the prescription.

Provides liability protection for prescribers, dispensing prescribers, and pharmacists who properly store and dispense opioid antagonists authorized under this section.

Enactment is contingent on Senate Bill No. 1170 of the 101st Legislature being enacted into law.
